Drive US-74 from Monroe towards Charlotte and you pass through both. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling in Indian Trail and Stallings

How close are you to Indian Trail?
Next door. Indian Trail starts a few miles up US-74 from Monroe and Stallings is the town after it, so both are ordinary daily territory. Small jobs are fine here, and coming back for a touch-up is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem.
My HOA has to approve exterior colors. Is that a problem?
No, but it has a lead time. Most of the larger neighborhoods in Indian Trail and Stallings are covenanted, and an architectural committee generally wants a written submission before an exterior color changes. Which county handles permits in Stallings?
It depends on the street. Most of Stallings is in Union County, but part of the town lies over the line in Mecklenburg, and the permit office follows the county, not the town name. We check the address before we promise a date for anything that needs a permit.

Can you work while we are living in the house?
Yes, and most jobs go that way. Room by room, furniture moved and covered, the room put back the same day. On a kitchen you keep the sink and the range for as long as the sequence allows.
